DigitalCashNews tweeted that the head of ChronoPay, an alternative payment system, was arrested in Russia, being accused of orchestrating a DDoS attack on a competitor. The tweet links to threatpost.com, but I can’t access the site at the moment. Nevertheless, it seems doubtful for people trying to establish PayPal alternatives.
